Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is free on all orders to America. Allthough we are a UK company, depending on the items ordered shipping is made from distribution centres in either UK, Australia or America. Where available we will provide tracking numbers allowing customers to track their orders. Under normal circumstances orders should reach their destination within 7 working days, however under certain circumstances this may stretch to 14 working days.
As Items may be dispatched to customers from varying locations, it is worth noting that in certain circumstances customers may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches their country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where it is being delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customers who are worried about import duties and taxes should contact their local customs office for further information. If there any additional charges for customs clearance, they are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are recieved.
Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
All items are subject to a 30 day money back guarantee, which means that if customers are not happy with their purchase for any reason, they can recieve a refund. All refunds are subject to a processing fee of 10% which covers the cost of re-stocking the items. Furthermore customers wishing to return an item should request a returns authorisation using the contact form provided, once the return has been authorised the order will need to be shipped back at the customers expense in an insured package; we cannot be held responsable for lost or damaged returns. Once the items are recieved they will be checked to make sure that they are in a re-saleable condition before customer accounts are credited. If delivered items are incorrect / defective then the cost of returning the item will be credited to the customer and a replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
Customers can cancel any orders and recieve a full refund as long as the order has not been dispatched. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, so orders can be cancelled within this timeframe using the contact from provided, remembering to quote the order number. If customers wish to cancel orders that have allready been dispatched, the returns policy outlined above should be followed and the order will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
Pricing and Payments
To make it easy for customers to quickly understand the pricing structure of our products, the price of the products may be displayed in different currencies, note however that all purchases are billed in US Dollars, currency conversions are estimates only and although every effort has been made to provide them as accurately as possible there may be additional charges levied by the bank for converting the currencies; this is out of our control. Prices include all associated taxes (excluding any import duty which may be incurred, which is out of the control of GenuineKirbyParts.com). There are no additional shipping costs charges introduced during the checkout process.
Purchases can be made using either Mastercard or Visa credit / debit cards or through Paypal. There are no additional charges incurred by the customer for using any of the stated payment methods.
